Museum of Old Roads, established within the beautiful Mungyeongsaejae Provincial Park in which the primeval forests is preserved in their original natural state in the general regions of the Jinsan Mt., Juheulsan Mt. and Joryeongsan Mt. in Mungyeong is the first museum in Korea that specializes in the themes related to roads.

The Museum was established with the goal of integrating and highlighting the old road cultures of Korea on the basis of the status of Mungyeongsaejae Pass, which is the symbol of the history and identity of Yeongnamdaero as well as the repository of the original forms of the old road cultures, with focus on the old roads and Baekdudaegan Mountain Range.

We hope that you will have a beneficial and enjoyable time in realizing the true significance of communication provided by the roads by examining how our lives are connected and formed on large and small roads that are created in accordance with the attributes of the mountains and waters that are divided and merged on the ground.
