Samcheok Culture & Arts Center was opened in 1994 in Seongnam-dong renowned for the gentleness and reverberating aroma of Jukseoru Pavilion and Osipcheon Stream, and have been with all those who love culture and arts as the resting place and hall of local cultures and arts over the last 17 years.
